Depending on the number of new subscriptions, I would probably increase the donation amount. Number I am considering are as follows 1-10 subscribers - $50 donation per new subcription. 10-20 subscribers - $75 donation per new subscriber. 20+ subscribers - $100 donation per new subscriber.
