Don: I've been traveling for 2 weeks. I will get updated starting today and let you know. I know the 70k block that was sold late last week. He said he was just impatience. The CEO had 2 trips to NY last month that was supposed to finagle a deal to make this baby pop but haven't heard. Let me see what I can find out later today. Willy
