In case anyone is confused: Sic--- Latin for "thus", used to indicate the accuracy of a quotation when there is a mistake in the body of the quote; Governors--- In the Fed, the board is composed of governors, a term of honor in banking; "Lower taxes"--- The previous discussion was on Greenspan's views on topics like lowering taxes. The importance of the prospective change in the composition of the Fed board is to ensure that there is a compatibility of monetary and fiscal policy.
