OT Rant - Stocks that depend heavily on regulatory /Gov't benevolence should only be considered when worst case regulator behavior is discounted. Just saw a news item on PG & E getting inadequate rate relief - many other California ute's in same boat some will go BK. Nursing homes were crushed by Medicare reimbursement cuts 5 of top 7 BK.
