Hi Scumbria; It seems like Micron, Infineon and Hyundai now have a mutual reason to not push for a completion of the trials. As long as the whole thing continues to be delayed (and look at Rambus withdrawing the ITC complaint against Hyundai as evidence that this sort of thing is going on), Micron, Infineon and Hyundai get a 2% pricing advantage against the companies that signed early.

The companies that signed early may have assumed that the whole thing would be decided early, so they could get a good rate if the court cases were won by Rambus, but not waste much money if the court cases dragged on.

I'll be interested to see if Crucial delivers that RAM to you on time. Their website said that it was in stock.
