My guess would be close to zero. This is after all a Howe St. stock. There just isn't enough else to the company to make it a going concern, other than its cash. But I am optimistic that the project will someday become a producing mine - cobalt is just too compelling, and almost everyone else in the business has to deal with Zaire too. Until real milestones are met, price fluctuations will come because of promoters and the games of chart-types. Next time it runs up, I might cash out and wait for it to settle again. But I'll hold my position over the long-term, and 3-5 years from now, ILP may graduate from a Howe St. promo into a strong revenue producer.
