Chip, I pleased to see we are getting some really good analysis from you :-) The euro really snapped back today. The steepening trend clearly suggests that the Fed has yet to get in front of the curve, a dynamic supported by the three-month June Eurodollar futures, which are still pricing in another 85 bp (roughly) worth of easing by the end of the first half of the year.
