My 2 cents on the tax thing: As a person with an above average family income, I don't mind paying a larger % of my income than those who, for one reason or another, are less rewarded for their work. What bothers me is the waste and corruption that eats up a large portion of the taxes of both the well to do, and the less advantaged. If the federal (or state, local) government were run with the lean effectiveness of most of today's corporations, we could cut our tax bills in half, and put that money to use buying COMPUTERS (I had to tie in Intel somewhere in this note)! John
