That will do nothing to solve the problem. These are the same idiots who forced EIX and PCG to sell their power plants years ago. They don't have enough power plants now in the first place. That's a large part of what is really causing the problems. Having the incompetent state officials take over will make the crisis even worse.

The officials over there are TOTALLY clueless! (and that's the nicest thing I can think of to say about them)
