OLD RUMOUR AGAIN RESURFACING AND PUSHING CISCO - IT WILL REPLACE JP MORGAN ON THE DOW NEXT WEEK. ANNOUNCEMENT SHOULD BE MADE NEXT TUESDAY. That's the reason Salomon came out today and said their near term target is low 50's.
