Mucho- you wouldn't have all these people with 45K salaries buying 29K "middle class" cars... You don't really have 45K salaried folk buying 29K "middle class" cars. Most of these jokers are leasing them...without the benefit of a business deduction tax write-off. Truly stupid move on their part. But they don't care if they can afford the payment. I spent some time over the weekend looking at new car prices and financing terms. Almost all were for lease payments. Had to search really hard for an ad that had sales terms stated.
