In case You didn´t know, VRGN signed a binding Letter of Intent on june 11th to form a strategic alliance with The American Red Cross. VRGN stated "..look forward to completing a definite agreement...which could forge an important long term relationship..." The Red Cross stated "..represents the kind of collaborative effort the Red Cross can capitalize on because of its technological sophistication, stature and size...".
