Brian, although J. Tracy O'Rourke the Chairman of VSEA was not deposed yesterday, the first two NVLS employees have now been noticed for deposition for their involvement in the heinous crimes associated with the Varian (VAR & VSEA), Susan B. Felch and George Zdasiuk SLAPP! Deposition schedules for Mr. Ron Powell and his former underling Jim Fair will be published here as soon as confirmed. Both high level NVLS managers are expected to testify truthfully and completely!
