I don't count on MSFT's buyout to invest. I invest in this company for its good products and healthy financial situation. The reason for its price drop is due to the last quarter's earnings is below Wall Street's expectations. The earnings didn't catchup because their sells personnel didn't work hard enough. Now, with their alliance with MSFT they automatically enhanced their selling capacities. So, their earnings will increase dramatically.
