RIMM still has a 1000Pe and a host of Nasdaq stocks sport 3 digit pe's. The overall PE on NAZ is still 30% above the norm. IE The buble is down but it aint finnished. Naz earnings are suposed to grow 3.3% this quarter thats 12-20% growth even with some upside 2nd half this year. Meanwhile NAz PE is still priced like we are at 50-60% growth(original estimate this quarter was 18%)
