McLeod USA debt issues gaining warm reception according to David Faber. You know what that means....spending will be up. New wave of spending could push up the NT/Cien/CSCO as well as the suppliers like JDSU. This is big news for the equipment providers even if it appears to be just a minor deal. There is demand for emerging carriers' debt! ...and that is big news, IMHO.
