Average person has no business being in the market. They rush to buy with both hands again to reinvest in industries that have already warned about poor 4th quarter results and lower guidance in 2001. Then they're going to be surprized that their stocks take a hit when earnings are announced. This rate cut is the biggest head fake, it didn't suddenly cure whats ailing all the downtrodden companies, most of them are still in trouble with regard to earnings projections. Just letting off alittle steam.
