If it is true, how comes the 4th quarter is below expectation and 2001 outlook is reduced?

UPS works when there is short term power outage, say, an hour or so. The current power craziness is that PG&E (and Edison) may be forced into bancruptcy and stop providing energy. If that happens, it will be a disaster for the CA residents and businesses. Due to the importance of CA economy in US, it will be a major crisis for US. I do not think it will happen, but if it happens, UPS cannot help
much.
