A couple of you have indicated that I should be careful because I might get assigned BEFORE expiration. Is there anyway I can get assigned if the option remains out of the money for the entire period that I own it? Say for example it was in the money one month ago, then it goes out of the money when I write it and it stays out of the money until expiration. Is there anyway I could get assigned under that scenario? I believe the answer is no but you all got me thinking so I am just looking for confirmation.

thanks for the help,
