Here's the Table from Ken Marcus' web site for previous milestones,
with the new information added:

Approximate timetable for zip sales numbers, in Units:

3/20/95 none
02/96 1 million
06/96 2 million
09/96 3 million
12/96 4 million
02/97 5 million
05/97 6 million

These numbers were surpassed sometime during that month.


So it looks like sales AREN'T increasing substantially (for Zip) and
may even be decreasing. (It's always hard to tell since the
milestones are "sometime during the month", and in some cases might
not even be in the month mentioned.)

I'm lowering my short-term targets, and will re-evaluate when the 7
millionth drive is announced.
