This is indeed a bear market, but phase 2 has just ended. We are now in the early phase of the rally interlude between phase 2 and phase 3. I pretty much agree with LG's targets for this rally.

Treasury bonds usually move opposite to stocks and I expect T-bond yields to move near 6% this spring before the last and most destructive phase of the bear begins. But T-bond yields probably will approach 4% by the time the bear ends late this year.
