yet another rate cut........ On Thursday, after the close of regular trading, the Fed cut the discount rate again -- by another quarter percentage point-- to 5.5 percent. Nasdaq futures moved slightly higher after the Thursday rate-cut announcement. The March Nasdaq futures contract was last up 10 points at 2,497.00.
