CMGI is a complex situation to analyze. they have a complex equity structure composed of preferred stock , common, etc.

LT debt is slight relative to the cash balance. and "minority interest" listed under liabilities of $500 million is not really a liability since it just means that CMGI's subsidiaries have a $500 million investment in their parent CMGI. could very well be a good buy here for quick gains soon.

BUT, i like simple situations. as i told everyone on here, i bought TMNT at 9/16 in December. now it's at 29/32. TMNT has over $3 per share in cash. great situation for upside. that is the purpose of my thread here--simple and quick gains.
