COMP USA SUCKS! I've stood in the middle of the store and hollered HELP!!! at the top of my lungs out of sheer frustration. I kept trying to find someone to help me. I would see someone at the end of the aisle and try to est. eye contact, but you could tell that they saw me and didn't want to bother. They'd avert their eyes and head the other way. (Hey, I'm not THAT ugly!<G>) I FINALLY collared an older guy that looked like he might know what he was doing and he started "dancing" as fast as he could. Told me he get someone over to me ASAP. Never stopped moving! Some kid who hadn't even started shaving yet comes over. I didn't have a problem initially with his age, until I found that he was an idiot! I hate idiots of ANY age.<G> Finally found out what I needed to know. I was so pissed I almost left and got it at another store, BUT I was in a REAL HURRY so figgered I'd just buy what I needed there. What happens? He sends me to the dreaded "Glass Case" that you got stuck at. The guy behind the Glass Case was knowledgable about computers, BUT an idiot about dealing with people and the cash register. I stood in line for 20-30 mins while he screwed up 3-4 orders in front of me. I finally got to him and he tells me that the item I want is NOT IN STOCK!! UnREAL! Then to really rub the salt in the wounds the security at the door gave me a buncha crap. (I was wearing shorts and a T-shirt. I guess he thot I stuck a harddrive somewhere.<g>) Overall a MOST unsavory experience. I've gone there a few different times, but it's always been a horrible experience. I will NEVER enter their "store" again unless they start givin' stuff away! There, I feel better.<G>
