I've spent a tremendous amount of research in this area over the past 2 years for the industry. The concept has been floating around for a while. And based on every product that I have seen and worked on, the best product for an EIP is Oracle Portal. And by the way if anyone is interested in portaltaxonomy.com, sitetaxonomy.com, webtaxonomy.com ask me, I own them.
