Ken Cook should sue McBride for giving out personal employment information. Ex-Employees have rights under the law about past employers giving out certain information. "Mr. Ken Cook was hired because his dad (who is a long-time employee) asked us to, saying Ken needed help and consistently had problems keeping a job" "Ken Cook's file is full of reprimands from Dan Mehosky. Ken was allowed to stay on staff and given additional chances because of his dad" "As with all disgruntled employees, he has a problem with me. I loaned him money to set up a dive-training business. I allowed him to use company facilities to give instruction. My thinking? Divers are business for us. But he could not make it work; and when he was terminated, I made him settle his debt when he received his check"
