AFFX was down something like 10 points yesterday morning before the Fed news, so it had a substantial swing up by the close. All my genomes and biotechs looked pretty bad in the morning, so I don't think it was AFFX specific. Just their turn in the barrel.

I'm tempted to add Nanogen here.
