Anybody here looking at NFF? It's being bought by United Rental for .18 sh. of URI. URI closed today at 14 7/8, making the offer worth $2.68. NFF closed at 2.375. I would bet the deal goes through. And, at first review, URI doesn't look too bad -- that is, I wouldn't mind actually sticking with URI if I had to. Both stocks seem to me to fluctuate quite a bit, i.e. NFF range today was 2 1/8 to 3/4.

Seeking related opinions/comments.
I've got no position in either stock.
