Rumor has it that Merrill sold enough shares Friday (several XXX,XXX worth) to cover the "margin call". JR's equity was at 75% when the "call" occurred. Makes me wonder why there was any call at all. Anyone else think there was more to the picture than meets the eye? Considering there may have been several thousand more shares thrown into the battle the stock didn't behave too badly. What will happen when ML has to pull in the remaining 800k or so shares they lent out to the likes of Asensio to effect the transfer? What if JR puts the shares in a friendly firms control? Dave P.S.
