O/T..was in Minneapolis 12/26-12/30 (Kenwood/Lake of the Isles). Seemed like it was 8-10 degrees all the time. Dry, so not so bad. Surprised how many people wear no hats (1/3 heat lost through the head). Naturally, topic of licking a pole came up! No takers...!
