So where am i wrong? Please be specific. I never commented on who prepared the offering. I never commented on who was in charge of it. I simply stated that according to floyd's post It meant to me that you were offerring participation in IHUB's PP. I never commented on compensation for you. Please do tell me what exactly I said that is wrong.

Wouldn't you consider forwading documents to people and trying to get up the 250k minimum qualifies as you offering? You certainly seem by your own admission to say you were offering the PP to friends.

FTR, I think that is one PP you will be glad you stayed out of
