01/01/01 We are still here. Beginning this year we will finally streamline all operations. PanAmerican BanCorp will be announcing a series of personnel changes and additions as well as a re-engineered business plan. We will be concentrating on our core business, financial services. During the past year, we lost sight of who we were. With the addition of top managers from banking and financial services, we will get back on track. We are in the process of bringing aboard highly qualified, experienced managers and hope to have these people under contract soon. Our revenues will be derived from the time-honored techniques of hard work and commitment to our business objectives. All businesses not directly related to our financial services model will be sold, spun-off or dealt with similarly. This will generate capital to PanAmerican as well as providing additional opportunities for our shareholders. We have commitments for new capital to finance these implementations. Once we begin, we are confident we will have sufficient funding to sustain us until revenue return supports capital expenditure. Then it is a matter of building sustained growth. We thank everyone for his or her support and communication. Please do not interpret the lack of timely response or announcements as a lack of effort or caring. We have been totally focused on restructuring our core business model and recruiting our new management team. Now that all preparations are complete, there will be more visible, and measurable, evidence of our accomplishments.
