I don't see any change in CVTY fundamentals. What I do see is a change in rotation. Tech stocks are back in and the money to buy them comes from somewhere, i.e., the profits built up in drugs, biotechs, and HMOs. When techs weaken again [no time prediction is made here], that money will come back home to roost - in CVTY, among others.
