Stocks to watch for Friday

GAC-t...is a provider of mission critical software and systems solutions to corporations around the world. This former high flyer ran into credit problems when it's $225 million US credit facility ran out at the end of the year. It is currently in discussions to re-finance itself. With an agreement due sometime this month keep a close eye on this stock as it is sink or swim time.

IW-t...this wireless business solutions company has recently announced the appointment of Thomas Koll as it's new CEO. Koll was the head wireless man from MSFT and will take over IW's helm Feb 15/2001. It's hard to imagine a company with the enormous potential of IW trading at it's current share price but such is life in the today's markets. Mr. Koll should bring a lot to the table so keep a close eye on this stock to regain it's former high flyer status.

IZP-t...is a biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery, development and commercialization of products to treat inflammatory diseases. The company recently received approval to begin Phase II clinical trials for it's new oral theraphy drug in the treatment of asthma. In a heated biotech market this stock is one to keep a close eye on.

LKC-v...late last year this wireless broadband stock announced an extension to it's credit problems. The outcome at the time of the announcement seemed they were either going to be putting themselves up for sale or would announce a re-financing plan. With it's share price and volume starting to show signs of life, "looks" like a resolve one way or another is near.

NFC-t...this is an e-commerce company developing websites for online securities trading, IPO's, mergers and acquisitions and placements. With a stable of strategic alliances for it's services and a newly appointed CEO this is a stock worthy of keeping a close eye on for further developments.

this is a watchlist only...please do your own DD

regards,
atial
