Robert, did you read the final sentence of the report that Stephen posted ?

``It's not new metal, it's just being relocated to LME-
monitored stockpiles from other warehouses,'' Bhar said.

The short term outlook has deteriorated; there is no argument. However, perhaps the slowing of consumer demand and the need for further stimulus, will see an increase in infrastructure expenditures; particularly in the provision of electric power generation.

Would you consider shorting the metal here, or do you simply see little prospect of price increases in the short term ?
