You are probably right about P4 and P3 and Celeron, and I suspect you could add that Xeon is below expectations. Notebook chips are probably doing OK.

But my guess is that AMD chips are seeing the same demand slowdown. By what logic would you assume that a slowdown in consumer PC demand wouldn't effect AMD? The AMD stock action isn't special, considering how the stock has been crushed.

I would wait and see on those calls. It wasn't too long ago that the folks on the AMD thread were saying that Intel would warn, but AMD wouldn't. Now you are saying that Intel's sales are lousy but AMD's are OK. Sounds like a similar delusion.
