My wife’s family built a few schools in Fujian province, and the cost seemed a bit more. The price tag indicated for Cambodia must not include any equipment and computers. I think it advisable to go through the United Way, Peace Corp and such, as opposed to an odd address in Tokyo.

Better still, organize a scholarship to good schools in the US for Cambodians...if they stay in the US, they pay back the scholarship over time, if they return, no need to pay back.
