re: When did the Fed first start raising rates? I wish they would just leave it alone and get out the way, and let evolve in a Darwin sense, instead of play god! I'm sure the market would of taken care of the ones that shouldn't be around, like it always has. Instead the fed is hell bent on assuring a cyclical nature to the economy. G
