Only idiots would believe or give so much air time to PG&E, as CNBC is doing. There is no way in hell that all its infastucture would cease to exist, the left coast just screwd up on utility regs and will change it next week.
Also the dow is well above its 10,300 level of support.

All they can do is talk about warnings everybody already knew about, maybe CNBC will lay some people off !
