Hmm, if you are running some ad blocking program that also messes with window popups, that might cause a problem. The reason QT is still working with SI for you is because we have login caching - we internally store the login info so if the login process fails, but the quote servers are still up (which they are), you will still be able to login as long as its the same login that was used the last time you used QT.
