I got final confirmation from CIBC. Because of large demand, the offering was increased slightly and the institutions got their price. I would imagine demand in the aftermarket will be quite strong at that sort of valuation. Bankers always want an IPO to get a running start, so expect good bids up to 12-13 initially.

Don't know ticker, but I think it starts trading around June 10-12, somewhere in there.
