Neocon,

We disagree on this topic. I don't think the laws of economics apply to this. When someone will sell their own child to get their next dose I don't really think the end cost of the product is an issue(crack that wonderful invention, just thank god the REALLY addictive coke byproduct called "bazooka" is too heavy to make exporting to the states profitable"). When they need it and cost has gone from X to 2X then its just a matter of twice the crime to get the money.

True, there are ways around everything, but what I am suggesting is that in exchange for becoming a "registered" drug user, you get your dose for X/4 and you understand that redistribution equals prison and it will be enforced without exception. Prison space? There will be more available when we stop having a need to house all the middle and low level distribution partners.

What is a tolerable level? I think you have to write off the current addicts for certain types of drugs. Offer help if they want it, but don't require it. Just let them die. You can't save crackheads. I just would like them to not have to offer sexual favors to get more drugs and make more crack babies.

What we are doing is not working. I am shocked to see such a statement from you. If the objective is to control a segment of the population and to do so in a method that self-perpetuates then it is working.

We have not suppressed circulation to tolerable levels when I can get in my car and drive less than 15 minutes and get any drug or weapon I want in less than an hour. Any kid who is so inclined can do the same.

I say tag em, maybe later we will bag em, make some profits and pay down the debt, reduce the number of government employees working to "stop" the drug war, and most important educate in a major way the young people. I believe the current drug education effort is nothing more than lip-service. You want to educate kids? Drive them down to a crack house (don't worry there will be plenty that will be safe to go in when you remove the money game from the distribution agents) and have them watch a room full of crack addicts for an hour. Send out brains from the dead addicts to each and every school in the country so kids can see the brain. When I saw my first liver from an alcoholic it changed me (too bad they didn't have a smoker -g-).

If I play any game I play to win, or I don't play. What we call fighting the drug war is just a joke.

Besides I don't like seeing 17 year old kids driving better cars than me -g-.

HAGO
