Public Release May 21 1997 Recent studies on the OKAK area nickel bearing mineralization conducted by Dr. Derek Wilton and his research group at Memorial University, St Johns, Newfoundland have concluded that the intrusive nature of the sulphide rich pyroxenitic rocks and their chemistry suggest that they may be similar to the Voisey's Bay discovery deposit.
