It's all about your perspective GST. Do you know what the most encouraging sign about today is? Look at the volume. Pathetic! Low volume pullbacks are bullish. We had a record move on 3 billion shares to the upside. We'll barely even do 2 billion shares on the downside today. High volume on rallies and low volume on sell-offs are signaling something. Don't get too pessimistic and greedy on the short side.

Didn't CNBC just confirm what I have been warning you about? Greenspan might not even wait until 1/31 to cut again, he might do it in less than two weeks. What will the shorts do then? Press their bets even more? Fight the Fed twice? I think if the Fed cuts again before 1/31 he will be sending a major signal to the markets. Do not mess with me I will do whatever is necessary to fix this problem we are in.

So I guess it all comes down to this. Do you think the Fed has the power to move stocks higher or don't you? That is the question.
