While I concur with the "Mars-like" conditions and little or no present infrastructure, I posted this on another thread to a similar response to the Wall Street Journal article and Starfield's play in Nunavit:

SRU.V - They have around $3.5 BILLION worth of ore proven so far, mainly palladium with platinum, copper, nickel and cobalt as well. They expect to double that in this year's drilling program. I don't give a $hit if it's Mars-like conditions or not, $7 BILLION worth of ore, which they estimate is about half of the overall deposit, is going to attract some attention!
