We'll never know who won the popular vote as we have previously discussed. JLA We will at least learn what the ballots contain. The Miami Herald is currently conducting a recount of the undervote. They have hird the national accounting firm BDO Seidman to tabulate the votes. Counting 60,000 ballots (or 6 million, for that matter) is not rocket science. Check out the miamiherald.com site to read progress reports on the recount.
