Hi Ted,

Here is a report from oversea. Christmas season is over and I hope things calm down a little now. It has been an extra good year for me. The best year I ever had since I started 13 years ago. Although I hear also some complaints here about the week year for PC's we had, in the area where I live, and which is becoming more and more a technology center, demand is still very strong.

I'm still very much involved in the internet project from our local university. In the last six months, we installed internet connections in 1200 student rooms.

But what about the market. Since I was really to busy the last months, I moved most to cash a few months ago. Seems to have been a smart move. I only have a small AMD position left. Now I'm looking at some good entries. What do you think, is it too early?

I was thinking about European telcos, but since some local governements here in Europe killed the golden goose with skyhigh license charges, I'm a bit scared.

Maybe it's better to wait a little while.

And oh yes, congratulations whith that new president you finally have. It was a great show for us all. A bright shining example for the world.

Greetings,

Bert

P.S. Did they already found out who dropped that large metal piece of art in Seattle?
