And Layton's appearance as CEO at OmniVoice was after the L&H relationship was well along.

What are you guys talking about when you find her resume impressive? Smart and energetic? Perhaps. A proven emerging company CEO? Not on her resume.

None of the three companies where she is shown as a former CEO has a single dollar of market cap in the public market that I can find. Two of three appear to have something like 0 - 5 employees.
