Can be that it rises a bit again, but the balance sheet is sure sheet.

Take 369M shareholders equity,
back out 70% of the inventory value (about 76MM)
back out 120MM intangible & other assets
back out 25% of the AR (about 28MM)

and you end up with about
145MM equity.

Current liabilities : current assets less inventory is a bit ugly.
