I have one news letter, which comes to my main email address, that I no longer want. Of course they have a nice little link for unsubscribing, but going to the link, they demand to know my user ID and password for me to change subscription options. Of course I have no idea what user ID I may have used when I signed up. SO I click the web button to get my ID & PW mailed to me, but that PW doesn't work! Arrrgh!
